- Information Required: Provide your order number and the reason for your refund or return request. We will review your request and send further instructions if it is approved.
- Eligible Purchases: Only products purchased directly from refurbx.ca are eligible for refunds or returns. If you purchased our products from other websites or retailers, please contact them directly for assistance.
- Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Items not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping charges when returning items for personal reasons. Please consider this before placing your order.
Exchange Policy

- Condition of Items: Items must be in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for an exchange.
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we may offer a refund or alternative options.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please do not discard the packaging. Contact us immediately at customerservice@refurbx.ca. We will address the issue promptly. Please provide:
- Order Number
- Proof of Purchase
- Photos of the damaged packaging and product
We will arrange a replacement for your damaged item at no additional cost to you. Damage caused by customer misuse may not qualify for free replacement and could incur additional fees.
Processing Time for Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3-14 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Order Changes or Cancellations

- We will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Please Note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
